Since the latest issue of the User Newsletter (# 24) we have published the two following ‘T&T’ related to the so-called “CSI” (Common Search Index), and to the recently delivered BS-AVI (Batch Services Audio-Visual Works) tool:
N° 24 is about the use of the CSI submissions history search – The submissions history search shows the chronological sequence of transactions for either a particular Society work or an ISWC. These screens supplement the file-based reports generated by the CSI and allow Societies to investigate the reasons for non-ISWC assignments.
N° 25 explains how and why you can maximize your chance of making a match in the Audio-Visual Batch Services module.
